At SMA Pharmaceuticals, we are committed to providing quality pharmaceutical products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.
1. Nature of Products
As a pharmaceutical company, our products are medicines and health supplements that are subject to strict regulatory guidelines under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940. Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, returns and refunds are handled differently from general consumer goods.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used medicines and supplements
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Temperature-sensitive products (cold chain items)
- Products purchased more than 7 days ago
- Products that have been improperly stored by the buyer
3. Eligible Returns
We accept returns in the following situations:
- Damaged products: Items received in damaged condition during transit
- Wrong products: If you received a product different from what was ordered
- Manufacturing defects: Products with visible manufacturing defects
- Expired products: If the product received is past its expiry date
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
- Provide your order details and photos of the issue
- We will review and respond within 2-3 business days
- If approved, follow our instructions for returning the product
5. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs for returns due to our error will be borne by us

For bulk orders and distributor returns, please contact our office directly. Separate terms may apply based on the distribution agreement.
